”Clean room and friendly staff”

”Staff was great property is very nice and near airport.”

”1. Only complaint was housekeeping staff used extremely undersized sheets on bed. Didn’t discover until bedtime and had to call for appropriate sheets and re-make the bed. Must have been a busy day for them. 2. Location made catching early flight easier. Would definitely stay there again.”

”Easy to get to from airport. Clean rooms. They offer shamooo and conditioner in the shower. Bed was comfortable. Only stayed there for 5 hours due to flight being delayed. I would stay again. They did however charge me for use of the shuttle when we did not. Still waiting for the charge to come off my card.”

”Bed was comfy! Staff was helpful! Expedia said the property had a pool and it didn’t and breakfast was extremely underwhelming. Also, you have to pay for parking DURING your paid stay.”

”Convenient, on time airport shuttle service”

”This place is great despite a couple of major draw backs. The shuttle situation needs to be revisited. Too many people due to the shuttle serving two Hyatt locations. The pool is also not heated.. Which everytime I've been leaves the water freezing cold and the hot tub is often down. Other than that, the breakfast is awesome and the place us spacious and clean.”

”The room was big and clean. The breakfast was ok but we missed some cheese. It was a bit difficult with the shuttle bus, because it did not leave at specific times, but you had to call the hotel. I called twice and waited a long time before they answered. Then they could not tell how long we had to wait. Anything up to some hours. When we finally got the bus after one hour everything worked well. According to the price we were quite happy with the hotel, but next time we probably choose a hotel...

”Staff was really sweet, I had to check in late because my flight got really delayed around 4:30am and they were accommodating. Hotel room was also very clean and up to date with amenities.”

”The hotel was fine for what we needed. I would probably try somewhere else next time, though. The room was large and spacious, which was great, but the bathroom had two shampoos and no body wash. The ledge in the shower was in an awkward spot, which caused me to hit my head on it while showering, which is not what you want after a long day.”
