”The room was not properly cleaned when we checked in. We reported the issue to the front desk, but instead of sending housekeeping, we were surprisingly handed a broom and dustpan and asked to clean it ourselves. I've stayed at many hotels over the years, and this was the first time I've experienced something like that. It was quite disappointing and not what I would expect from any hotel. On the positive side, the property appears to be fairly new. However, the amenities were below...

”The property itself was amazing. I only booked with Marriott. It was clean. It was well-maintained. Even the breakfast in the morning was exceptional. The staff was horrible. There was no customer service to their customer service. They were rude and short. And carried on with conversations and texting before waiting on the customers.”

”The side door on the right side of the building (looking from the front) was clearly not closed. It was broken to the point you could see light around the edges of the door while it was shut. Although, I didn't feel unsafe. There was an isolated incident where the room next to us had a fire sprinkler come on. Our room had water to flow in under the door, but we asked for and received a very nice room to replace it asap. The lady working at the front desk was very calm and took care of...

”This was a sub par experience. Issues with the key working for the door to the room. I was charged $10.95 to park my vehicle in their parking lot for the night. Ridiculous! Bed was not comfortable, they had 4 pillows the size of a throw pillow for your head, you turned over and your head was off the pillow. Would avoid staying here.”

”The room was big and clean. The breakfast was ok but we missed some cheese. It was a bit difficult with the shuttle bus, because it did not leave at specific times, but you had to call the hotel. I called twice and waited a long time before they answered. Then they could not tell how long we had to wait. Anything up to some hours. When we finally got the bus after one hour everything worked well. According to the price we were quite happy with the hotel, but next time we probably choose a hotel...

”Room was great. Everything looked brand new. Hotel staff was friendly. Pool was clean. Gym was nice as well. Great location for a quick ride to the airport. There was a $16 charge to park in the parking lot. Would stay here again if I was in the area.”
