”Property has been nicely refurbished. We enjoyed our stay. Only problem was our room didn’t get serviced every day ({even though they told us we would have daily service) and we had to call a couple of times to get fresh towels, trash taken out and beds made. We stayed there 6 days. But we would definitely stay there again. Very close to beach and walkable to St Armand’s Circle”

”All the reviews about this property owner being the Hostess with the Mostest are 100% on point. I made a very last minute reservation which she accommodated with the utmost grace. When the neighboring room kept me awake, she moved me to a different, quieter room. Again, with nothing but the utmost grace. The room was clean and tidy, the bed oh-so-comfortable. I will be back on my next trip to Sarasota. Thank you so much for the over the top hospitality. God bless you and your family. ”

Auto EV chargers (4) at ~ 9kW ( trickle ) from Blink Charge. $0.24/kWhr ( $0.13 is lowest I have seen in Orlando and Tampa / Sarasota 3. Great service. 4. Two nice pools. 5. Amazing sand and sandy beach and good for safe family swimming with close adult supervision. 6. ”5 päivän aikana vaimoni esitti kahteen kertaan pyynnön, että huonettamme ei sinä aikana siivottaisi eikä sänkyjä pedattaisi. Näin reception lupasi toimia. Siitä huolimatta huone käytiin huoltamassa. -Onko USA:ssa huone pakko siivota/pedata vaikka asiakas nimenomaan toivoo, ettei sitä tehtäisi? Huoneen ilmastointilaite niin kovaääninen, että korvatulppien käyttö oli välttämätöntä.”

”We loved everything about this property. Location, proximity to the beach and shops downtown Venice. The pool was great with excellent water views. We also rented e bikes right from the front desk. To top it off we got a check in Matia! We will be back for sure”

”This was a night away, no kid, adult, romantic QUICK planned trip. For being quick and unplanned...this was an oasis. Not only was the room very spacious...but I fell in love with the courtyard area, pool, and location. The outside front is cute and decorative...the door by parking is well "questionable"...but once we opened that door it was a AHhhh moment. The French doors leading to little patio area/walk way was so inviting. Now the room could use some upgrades ESPECIALLY a USB port for...
