”We recently completed a three-day, two-night stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites Downers Grove Chicago and were disappointed with the overall experience. The pool was closed for major repairs and is expected to remain unavailable until at least August, possibly longer. ”I Have been disputing with this hotel for charges that did not line up with the Expedia price as well as double charging us for a room. Talked to two staff and a Manager about this and Manger said she would get back to me shortly. It's been over 3 weeks now with no response to call and email follow ups. Make sure you document everything as the staff can't get their act together over there.”
