”I Have been disputing with this hotel for charges that did not line up with the Expedia price as well as double charging us for a room. Talked to two staff and a Manager about this and Manger said she would get back to me shortly. It's been over 3 weeks now with no response to call and email follow ups. Make sure you document everything as the staff can't get their act together over there.”
