”Room clean. TV Remote needs new batteries. Hand shower has no wall bracket. The overhead shower flow is weak. Temperature hard to control on both. Either there is a fan or a pump is near the room. You can hear a humming noise. Asked the owner and offered another room to sleep in. Noise goes away after 23:00.”

”It is a 2* hotel on a side of a fairly busy A road - one cannot expect a Savoy. It was clean, warm, the room quite large and comfortable, the staff kind and friendy, plenty of parking, easy distance to where we needed to be. Breakfast - a toast with jam or marmalade available by the reception. Included in the price of a £50 room I considered it a nice extra rather than breakfast I should rate for variety or quality. We’ll definitely be back!”

”Brilliant stay at the Villiers Hotel. We received a room upgrade and found ourselves staying in a Duplex Suite. The hotel was spotlessly clean, staff all kind and caring and very well trained. Hotel room was spotlessly clean, spacious and very well heated during the cold spell we were experiencing. The hotel was very well maintained and presented quite a quirky and interesting persona. Breakfasts were promptly presented with an excellent range of cooked choices. Always a free parking space...

”A lovely two night stay in beautiful St Albans! Location is great.. Sops, restaurants and pubs are close. Room is nice and the bed is comfortable. Staff is really helpful. Breakfast (£10) was great! Full english breakfast with fruits, croissants, woffels etc. I'll be back ;)”

”We were greeted with a very warm welcome to the hotel. Check in took a matter of minutesm we were then shown to our room. Which was very spacious with a large bathroom.it may have been a little dated, but it added to uts charm we also had the watermill directly outside our room... Breakfast was included and made to order and they also catered for our dietary requirements. ”

”Hyvä, toimiva hotelli lähellä Lutonin lentoasemaa (ei lennetä Suomesta). Minulle hotellin sijainti on erinomainen, kun olin päämiehen koulutuksessa. Tämä yritys sijaitsee noin 500 mpäässä. Henkilökunta oli ammattitaitoista ja ystävällistä. Ruoka hyvää ja hintataso mieluinen.”
