The staff, from the reception to the restaurant were absolutely fantastic. Knew my name and used it, I felt like their most important customer, even though the hotel/restaurant seemed busy.
Hotel is clean and comfortable, room (8) is small but perfect for one person unless you really want to spread out or perhaps are staying a bit longer.

”I enjoyed my stay it was quiet and comfortable. Good value for money and would stay here again. Only negative I would say is trying to locate the allocated parking is confusing and rssulted in me driving round the shopping centre several times.”
