Asunnot – Little Falls

”This was perfect location for our stay in Cooperstown (12 minutes from Dreams Park) and a block walk to MLB HOF and a block walk to the lake with a quaint nearby park. Restaurants, coffee shop and souvenir shopping are plentiful within walking distance. This unit was clean, and stocked with kitchen utensils/cookware/dishes,etc, drip coffee pot as well as keurig. Jack and Jill bathroom with toiletries and towels provided. Bernie, the host, was very attentive, responsive, accessible and helpful!...

”The location was perfect for our Dreams Park trip. Being less than 15 mins from the field was ideal for in between games trips to cool off or eat lunch (and for our toddler to take much needed naps!) The view from the back deck is beautiful and peaceful. The living space was perfect for what we needed. The kitchen had all the essentials. Clean and comfortable! If we end up in this area again we will 100% try and book here if it’s available. ”

”This home was wonderful to me. The neighborhood was beautiful and peaceful, and the decor of the home was eclectic and reminded me of New Orleans, the bed was a comfy sleep, and Bianka, the owner, was incredibly helpful throughout my stay. ”

”Great loft and location. Parking is well lit and a half block away. Good food within walking distance: Nina’s Pizza, Utica Coffee and Taylor and Cook. ”

The hostess was very knowledgeable about the city and provided great recommendations for food and local businesses. If we’re ever back in Utica we’ll definitely check out this location again! ”

”We were pleasantly surprised with the size of the apartment. We had six sleep comfortably in the space.Loved the coffee bar set up in the kitchen. Made life a lot easier starting the day. There are a few very minor workmanship issues, and there is no oven installed, but for our purposes, we never needed it.My family would happily stay there again if we are in the area.”
