”The stay was just okay overall, but there were some issues that shouldn’t have happened. When we got to the room, it didn’t seem like it had been cleaned properly—there was hair in the bathroom and even a ring left behind from a previous guest, which was concerning. ”The Ann Stevens House was a short stay. We went to the Daytona 500 about 26 miles away. It was quaint with antiques placed in our 2nd story room. The mattress was rather hard, but not horrible. There was of plenty of parking and the room was very clean. The host is very nice and accommodating. My only negative comment is that the stairs, that looked rather new, were rough cut, unsanded and unfinished. My husband got a pretty large splinter from the banister. ”

”The front desk was not very welcoming uppon arrival. We requested a quiet room and ended up at room 419 where the floor was vibrating. Probably because it was right next to the elevator :-) ... Funny rules about bringing out your trash to a bin... and strange fees of $25 if you don´t comply. The breakfast was not what we are used to in other places. We would only recommend this place in an emergency.”
