The Space:

*Fully refurbished in 2022.



As you enter the flat, you are greeted by a large entrance way. Plenty of room for your golf clubs. To the right is a large, modern shower room.



To the left a large double room which has 2 single beds and plenty of wardrobe space. Further down to the left is a beautifully presented kitchen with all modern amenities. A second double bedroom to the right also has 2 single beds and an en-suite bathroom with bath and overhead shower. At the end of the landing a super spacious open plan dining/living area with plush seating and Smart TV which has both Sky Signature and app access.



Beautifully finished, you are sure to enjoy your stay!



Guest Access:

Via lock box. Guests will have access to the entire apartment.



Please note that the flat is located on the second floor and accessed by steep steps (please see the pictures). Access is at the rear of the property up the spiral staircase.



The Neighborhood:

Our apartment overlooks the iconic Royal Liverpool Golf Club. But that's not all! Take a stroll to Caldy Beach and breathe in the refreshing sea air. And if you're in the mood for some city action, the vibrant city of Liverpool is just a short trip away, offering plenty of activities for all tastes.

For a taste of the local cuisine, head to West Kirby and try the delicious offerings at the nearby Hickory's Smokehouse. If you're up for an adventure, the stunning city of Chester is just a 40-minute drive away and waiting to be explored. Book now and enjoy the best of Hoylake and beyond!



Getting Around:

There are both bus and train links locally.



Other Things to Note:

On the second floor, up a cast-iron spiral stair and a further steep flight, this property is not really suited to those with mobility issues.



There is only 1 parking space on the property, but there is plenty of free on-street parking available also.



Interaction with Guests:

I can't be around myself, so I have a husband and wife team, Tom and Rachael who manage things locally.
