”The room was nice and the staff were wonderful. We arrived late so we went straight to bed. The next morning as we were leaving the hotel manager told us all about the home and its history and gave us a tour. Parking was very easy - right in front of the property. ”

”Die Unterkunft war wirklich nett eingerichtet und der Gastgeber Paul war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel ist ca. 20 min mit dem Bus von Liverpool Central entfernt und liegt in einer leider nicht so schönen Gegend. Das Bussystem war für uns eine Herausforderung und leider haben wir immer sehr lange gebraucht um vom Stadtzentrum wieder ins Hotel zurückzukehren. Sonst war alles wie beschrieben, es gab im Hotel eine Klimaanlage und saubere Zimmer. ”

”Great stay in Abbey Field. The room was big with a bathroom. We were with three people and the room only had one double bed. I contacten the owner and hé arrangeur a third bed very quickly-great service. Very close to bus stop into the center. All in all a great stay and would definately stay there again.”

”Stayed here 2 years ago and gave it 8/10. The property has dilapidated a lot since, particularly the corridors and stair cases. The worst things about our stay was the state of the en suit bathroom, which was absolutely filthy. The toilet rim was covered with a black substance so had to clean it ourselves - no idea what it was (the pic was after flushing twice). And the toilet seat was loose. Hairs were everywhere and the shower cubicle hadn't been cleaned for a long while so wasn't used. And...

”Shabby run down accommodation with very poor communication from the owner. I was locked out of my accommodation on the first night and had to sleep elsewhere on a couch because the auto key arrangements were not made and I could not gain access to my room. This property needs to be qualified as suitable with the advert of the property being very misleading.”

”The page on this website is very misleading. None of the 58 pictures are of anywhere remotely similar to the accommodation they are meant to represent!!! This is in the heart of terraced, urban Liverpool without any hint of greenery, and none of the photos are anything like the place! This impression overwhelmed any other, and was the source of my disappointment... this needs to be rectified so that future guests know what they've paid for!”

"Hotelliksi ihan ok, mutta huoneistossa surkea ilmanlaatu ja ei ilmastointia. Onneksi ei ollut hellekelejä, sillä muuten tämä olisi ollut aivan kamala paikka. Henkilökunta ja asiakaspalvelu olivat kuitenkin erinomaisia. Ja kaikki palvelut kävelymatkan päässä. "

"Tämän hotellin loisto ja parhaat päivät ovat kaukana takanapäin. Komea ulkokuori kätkee taakseen kuluneen ja ränsistyneen sisustan. Esim. Huoneen ikkuna oli ruostunut auki asentoon, eikä sitä saanut kiinni. Sisempi ikkuna toki meni kiinni, mutta tuuli sitä rämisytti kun puhalsi niin, että verhot sisällä heilui. Kun kerroin asiasta, henkilökunta toimitti huoneeseen pienen lisäpatterin ja paksumman peitteen. Huonetta ei myöskään siivottu kertaakaan neljän yön vierailun aikana, siellä ei edes käyty. Sijainti on toki hyvä."
