”We didn’t realize that the room came with king size bed. We requested a roller bed and they did not have one. Secondly the hair dryer was torn off the wall. They never put it back on. One thing that I did like was that the rooms were clean.”

”Love this property, have stayed multiple times, clean room, helpful staff, nice area, good breakfast. Highly recommend it’s just so much more expensive over the weekend tho specially Saturday.”

”If an IKEA opened a beach motel it would look like the Surfside! Room was bare, cool and clean. The entire place (rooms and common areas) have the same flooring that was sticky no matter where you walk. If they un-sticky the floors this place is a cute little 10/10. The rest of it was really clean. People were really friendly, location is great.”

”This hotel is a hidden GEM! The staff is super friendly, polite, and professional. The front desk staff was always welcoming. We never heard loud, obnoxious chatter, even when no guests were in sight. Every area of the hotel was super clean, and the aesthetic was pleasingly modern. We stayed in the Studio King, which was spacious and inviting. The bedding was like sleeping on a cloud. Yes! A cloud! The bathroom was on a 4-star level. The only Con regarding the room is that it needs...

From the beautiful surroundings, rich history and incredible views...to the scrumptious 5 star meals, accommodating staff and luxurious sparkling clean room...I honestly can not think of anywhere else that can top this elegant unique Castle!!! I will absolutely stay here again in the future.”

”I stayed for 4 nights, everyday I had my room cleaned and with cleaned towels :) the hotel is very clean, they could update some things but overall was a very nice stayed. Bed was comfy along with the pillows. usually I am very picky with that. The breakfast was very good and tasty. The food ohhhh the food was very very good!!”
