”Better than a hotel room in the city. Host met us in check in and walked us though, then we had the place. Lower level of a beautiful brick home. Only complaint could be that there was no Kleenex or garbage bag in the kitchen, but I think those were just minor oversights of the cleaning team. ”

”This home was very lovely with plenty of room for everyone. We were greeted with fresh baked cookies and a snack basket. The house was pet friendly with a fenced in back yard. Private beach access across the street to enjoy the sunsets. The host was very friendly and responsive. Would definitely recommend. If you are ever in Rochester with a group, check this place out. ”

”We needed a place to stay when we were meeting our son in Rochester (Brighton). He and his wife were attending a conference and we were going to babysit the kids (ages 6 and 3).This house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Three bedrooms upstairs for them and one downstairs for us. I would say the only negative was that the downstairs only had a half bath, so we had to go upstairs to shower. Might be something to consider if anyone in your party is unable to navigate stairs.Garage...

”Our family stayed for three nights for a local swimming meet that our 10yr old daughter was competing in. Tom (owner) was wonderful from the beginning. Communication before, during, and after our stay was awesome. Ken (listing manager) was also very helpful and informative during the process. The house was beautiful, clean, and well-stocked.
