Huone erittäin epäsiisti ja huonossa kunnossa. Huone sijaitsi kellarikerroksessa ja huoneessa oli vain pieni ikkuna. Joka paikassa oli kosteaa ja paha haju. Seinissä oli mustia homepilkkuja ja lattiamatot ja kalusteet selvästi tahrojen peitossa. Luvattu wifi ei toiminut kuin vasta viimeisenä aamuna. Henkilökunnalta ei saanut tietoja oikein mistään ja eivät muutenkaan olleet halukkaita palvelemaan. Plussaa siitä että huone saatiin muutamaa tuntia etuajassa, mutta siihen ne positiiviset kommentit jäävät. Oltaisiin heti vaihdettu toiseen hotelliin, mutta koko kaupungista oli jäljellä vain huomattavasti kalliimpia huoneita.

Very comfortable hotel with nice staff
Very cozy hotel located in a quiet residential area. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. We even got a vegetarian version of English breakfast that suited our eating habits. The room was clean and had a private bathroom. The only downside was the unnecessarily thin pillows that were a little uncomfortable to sleep on. There is a minimart opposite the hotel, where you can get an Oyster card if you travel by public transport. The nearest metro station is a 10-minute walk away, providing easy access to the city center in 20 minutes. All in all, a great place to stay and visit London.

Pääsiäinen Lontoossa
Vastaanotto hotelliin saapuessa oli ok, meille esiteltiin huoneemme. Huone sijaitsi alakerrassa melko mutkikkaan reitin päässä, ilma oli siedettävä yläkerrassa, mutta alhaalla oli tukalan kuuma. Onneksi huoneesta sai helposti ikkunan auki. Huone oli perussiisti, mutta esim. portaikon matto oli kulunut paikoitellen rikki. Huoneessa oli kaikki tarvittava. Wi-Fi toimi hyvin huoneessakin. Hotelli oli yöllä hiljainen ja rauhallinen, aamusta meteliä kuului, kuten hotelleissa yleisestikin. Aulassa näimme kaksi eri työntekijää, toinen oli mukava ja auttoi ja neuvoi meitä mm. metroaseman löytämisessä, toinen taas ei tervehtinyt lainkaan meidät nähdessään tai muutenkaan ottanut kontaktia. Matka metroasemalle oli n. 12 min kävellen. Alue on värikäs ja miellyttävä, Harlesdenista löytyi muutama englanninkielinen keskustelu, jossa aluetta kutsuttiin Lontoon raggae-keskukseksi - eikä syyttä. Metrolla pääsi liikkumaan kätevästi. Aamupala oli perinteinen englantilainen aamiainen kananmunineen ja linsseineen, ihan ok, runsautta valikoimaan olisi voinut olla enemmän, mutta kyllä aamiaisen ihan valittamatta söi. Henkilökunta kävi usein tarkistamatta että ruokaa on riittävästi. Ensi kerralla matkustaessa Lontooseen valitsemme hotellin lähempänä keskustaa, mutta tämä oli ihan hyvä vaihtoehto. Ei mitään negatiivista, mutta ei järin kehuttavaakaan sanottavaa.

Miniloma Lontoossa
Hotellin perusilme oli ok, huoneet siivottiin joka päivä, henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja aamupala hyvä. Sijainti saisi olla parempikin, 12min kävely metroasemalle josta matka Lontooseen n.30-40min riippuem mihin on matkalla. Lisäksi tässä vaihtoja. Huoneessa ei ole omaa wc:tä eikä suihkua vaan nämä käytävällä yhteiskäytössä.

Mukava pieni hotelli
Hotelli sijaitsee muutaman minuutin kävelymatkan päässä Harlesdenin Undergroundin asemalta, mutta mikäli tuota väliä ei halua kävellä, pääsee hotellin edestä myös bussin kyytiin. Palvelu oli ystävällistä, huoneeni oli siisti ja huoneet siivottiin joka päivä. Äänieristys hotellissa on varsin surkea, naapurihuoneen vedenkeittimen ääni kuului melko selkeästi huoneeseeni sekä muutamaan otteeseen heräsin naapurihuoneiden asiakkaiden ääniin. Myös tieltä tulevat äänet kuuluivat selkeästi, mutta loppujen lopuksi niihin tottui eikä meteli häirinnyt minua. Herkkäunisille korvatulpat mukaan. Aamupala oli perienglantilainen, maittava ja ennen kaikkea täyttävä. Mielestäni varsin hyvä hotelli hinta/laatusuhteeltaan.

Aamiainen oli todella niukka ja suorastaan kamala.. ei mitään tuoretta esim kurkkua. Pekoni haisi aivan vanhalta ja maistui oudolta. Se oli pettynys. Hintaan nähden hotelli oli muuten viihtyisä ja palvelusta annan täydet pisteet. Siinä ei ollut mitään moitittavaa.

In terms of the staff, they were okay, the receptionist mostly. The barman during the day was very limited in communication and spent the time for the hour we were in there constantly playing with the different TV channels on the different TVs in the bar. He also was in and out on his phone. It was a quiet period, granted, but we felt like an inconvenience, this from my perception. Just the odd positive gesture. I get the cost was not majorly expensive, but I would expect a 3 star hotel to be better well-look after and maintained, especially the rooms, and the so-called 'en-suite' I feel the promotional pictures absolutely falsely advertise the quality of the property, inside and out. The accommodation was awful, with the decoration uncared for. Again, for a 3 star hotel it was like going back to the 70's with extremely poor cleanliness. The 'ensuite' shower nozzle would not stay upright when showering, so had to get it maintained, which happened instantly which was good! However, do the cleaners and maintenance on duty not check off rooms when vacated to report problems and correct them, preventing any further concerns? The bed was like sleeping on a table, we all have different preferences, I get that, but this was in another category of uncomfortable. Electrical sockets - well, some worked and another I could not even plug into. The shower and sink tap temperature were awful, only offering a tepid temp after running for so long. Late reception staff - moody!

Stayed for one night in order to watch England ladies football at Wembley Stadium. Trains were on strike so decided to drive up and stay over. It is very convenient for Wembley. No.18 bus straight there from across the road! The bar was still open when we got back which was great, a fine selection of beers and spirits. Free parking was a bonus and allowed us to pop back the next day to look around the Designer Outlet stores. Hotel is tired but breakfast wasn’t too bad. I think it’s time you provided sachets of coffee including decaf coffee and not have the jug of coffee which just gets a bitter taste the longer it’s left. (Decaf tea too if anyone wants that as well). I would suggest getting a room at a time renovated and you will have a real winner on your hands.

I was surprised there was no shower wash bits. As I came by train and travelled as light as possible. But luckily there is a Tesco express 2 minute walk for anything you forget. It’s convenient for Wembley as right opposite the hotel is a bus that takes you straight there and runs late for return. Nice bar in hotel very friendly staff

The hotel is a typical London budget hotel, reception looks fine, but rooms, although clean are very tired, the restaurant was closed, all outside areas closed. Not many options for food and drink without getting a cab. Could be an amazing property if the owners invested in the place.

This place really needs some renovation and needs to shut down until it does. Nothing is up to standard and I wonder how places like these are even allowed to be open. In the 2 rooms I've seen (I asked to change the first one because it was just gross) the carpet was damaged and smelly; there was mould and damp on the walls, the furniture was old, dirty and generally in a state that you don't really want to touch anything. Curtains and windows were dirty and the room was way too hot, despite turning the heating off and opening the window. The sink in the bathroom was blocked and the tv on top of the wardrobe was so tiny and in a state that I didn't even consider turning it on. The shared bathrooms showed signs of some sort of regular cleaning, but the standards are appalling. There was grim and limescales everywhere and no soap. Showers are small and don't work well (I tested 3 before choosing the "best"), and even there you might happen to touch things you don't want to. To be honest it's also the people being there that don't care much about the place (probably because of the way it looks), which makes it even less pleasant. The person running the place was kind and tried to help to a certain extent, but this didn't compensate for the horrible service you get overall. Luckily it was just for one night (I wouldn't have chosen it for longer, in the first place), but the price is way too much for what you get, including the location, which is not the best.

Cheap and cheerful.
Clean and warm, I slept well. The place could do with a lick of paint. Single rooms on the front of the hotel suffer from road noise but the rooms to the rear are quiet in my experience. Front counter staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Just don't.
Room felt dirty, bed was uncomfortable, shower had to be turned off by staff because it would ONLY turn on. The bathroom wasn't even in the room. Half the lights in the room didn't work. The first staff person was rude, the second was alright. I've been to many hotels around the world and this might be top 2 worst I've ever stayed in. We couldn't help but laugh at how bad it seemed

Personnel de l'accueil et restaurant correct. Très mauvaise literie, bruyant à cause de l'avenue devant l'hôtel. Chambre non sonorisée et non rénovée. Surprise pour wc et douche dans le couloir.

We had no hot water our first night, it wasn't ideally not being able to have a shower after travelling. Staff were helpful, good location, free parking was a big plus and the breakfast was very good.

Solo concert trip
Staff helpful and friendly, room small and very tired, heating excellent, shared bathroom next door good, shower a little cold,bed and pillow uncomfortable, eating places connected to hotel look worth checking out, would rate 4/5 for a budget stay excellent value and will stay again, transport by bus available outside to wembley but walked.

4 night family stay
Staff friendly and helpful but we had bugs (flees we think) in our room so my family got bitten. Did get moved to another room for last night but no offer of compensation. Very dated and needs renovation. Disappointing the restaurant is permanently closed and can only get pizza Friday and Saturday night. For what we paid expected to be much nicer.
