Very nice hotel in excellent location near the Tower Castle. Breakfast was good, service in reception excellent. Small negative factorwas hard pillows in the hotel room.

Personal sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war einfach nur wunderbar und qualitativ sehr hochwertig. Sehr ruhig gelegen und im Hotel war es auch in der Nacht ruhig. Liegt unmittelbar an einer U-Bahnstation. Auch das Restaurant im Hotel war sehr gut. Die besten Pommes, die wir je gegessen haben und die Burger auch. Sehr empfehlenswert. Wenn wir nochmals nach London kommen, würden wir wieder dieses Hotel buchen.

The pool and spa were beautifully, as too was the restaurant patio which incorporated the Roman wall! Excellent location for walking! Would stay here again.

Almost everything was excellent; staff, friendliness, close to the tubes, rooms were very nice, food was great but we were a room next to the elevator and it woke me up too early in the morning (5:00 am) on 4 of the 5 nights we stayed there, when people started their day. Just bad luck on our room assignment.

Mooi hotel, goed ontbijt. Wij hadden alleen een erg gehorige kamer. De tv en alle andere geluidennvan de kamer naast ons waren goed hoorbaar. En een zoemend geluid de hele dag en nacht door. Vermoedelijk de airco unit op het dak. Wij verbleven op de 11e etage.

The staff was so kind and accommodating, allowed us to leave our bags until later on day of checkout. Greeted by staff at the door and taken to our room where he made sure all was in order. Walking distance to Tower of London, Tower Bridge and very close to sightseeing bus stop. Highly recommend!

Gute Lage, gute öffentliche Anbindungsmöglichkeiten. Die Zimmer sind groß genug, etwas modernisiert, das Bad ist in die Jahre gekommen. Die Zimmeraussicht ist nicht so prickelnd und daß man kein Fenster öffnen kann. Ansonsten hat uns der Aufenthalt gut gefallen und die Mitarbeiter waren immer freundlich und hilfsbereit.

The staff was exceptional. Feana, I may have name misspelled ,was so kind. Showed us rooms beforehand and ended up upgrading our room at no additional cost. Convenient to tram, felt very safe walking out and about. Cafe and bar restaurant provided great service and food at reasonable prices. Would stay here a 100 times!

So comfortable, lovely decor & room was very smart. Loved the pool & spa, it was a great addition to the Corvo cafe & Leo’s restaurant. Easy with Tower Hill tube less than 1 minure walk so quick acess to central London. Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel was quiet and breakfast was lovely. The original room was very small and the pictures online were misleading We were upgraded to a bigger better room with no fuss but definitely need to check the rooms before booking as the pictures are not what we got when we checked into the first hotel room

All staff are super friendly and helpful. I left my swimsuit in the pool changing room inadvertently, and the staff there put it aside in their office and gave it back to me the next day. I really appreciate it.

Very nice location near Tower Hill Underground station and Tower of London. Easy access to other parts of London with lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. Very safe area. Nice lounge area with fireplace.

Our first room offered overlooked the station and we could see the trains. We asked to changed rooms which was swiftly sorted. The only issue I found with the room was no area to sit down to apply makeup or dry your hair. I had to sit in the floor by the door to do this all. No ideal! Breakfast was plentiful lots of choice at an extra cost. Would I stay again yes but upgrade the room next time for a better view

The location is fantastic, close to a train station and many restaurants within walking distance of the hotel.
