Hyvä ja siisti hotelli. Ikkunat on yksinkertaiset joista tuli meteliä sisään, hotelli on kuitenkin rauhallisessa paikassa.

Worth money
Really good service. Basic hotel, worth the money. One towel was a little dirty when we came in, and we had some trouble keeping the heater on. However, breakfast was good and location perfect if you’re travelling with train somewhere.

Huone oli juuri remontoitu ja siisti. 4 hengen huone oli vähän ahdas kahdelle aikuiselle ja kahdelle lapselle, mutta muuten hyvä. Hotellin sijainti on tosi hyvä julkisenliikenteen kulkemisen suhteen.

perusbritti
Hinta-laatusuhde on kehno. Huoneessa oli aina kylmä, äänieristys kadulle ja muihin huoneisiin oli olematon, huone oli todella pieni, ovea en saanut lukkoon kahteen päivään, kunnes se vihdoin korjattiin. Kylpyhuone oli todella hyväkuntoinen ja siisti. Wifi oli ok. Aamiainen oli, paikallisittain, ihan hyvä. Liikenneyhteydet olivat todella hyvät.

Das Personal ist absolut zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind ein bisschen klein und auf dem Frühstücksbuffet hätte ich mir etwas frisches obst gewünscht. Ansonsten absolut empfehlenswert.

It was a nice stay, particularly because of the super nice staff. The hotel itself, while decently renovated, its an old building without Aircon and without elevator.

Hôtel très bien situé, au cœur de Londres. Il est très propre, décoré avec goût. Personnel à l’écoute, très professionnel. Petit déjeuner riche et goûteux. Les chambres sont spacieuses et modernes. Seul inconvénient: seulement 2 prises électriques dans toute la chambre. Aucune dans la salle de bain. Hôtel à réserver lors d’un prochain séjour à Londres.

Family room was nice and comfortable for 4 of us and very clean. Breakfast was nice enough but is in the basement which isn’t great. Especially when it’s busy. But we will be back. It was a nice stay in a great location for the train stations and central London.

Will never stay there again staff were rude when we complained about the heat they put the heating on 18.00 till 22.30 so when you wake up in the morning it's cold also I had to leave early for work there was no hot water we booked 4 nights had to leave after 2

The guest stayed in one of our new refurbished rooms so we are very surprised by the feedback. The heating and hot water was checked by our maintenance team and was working fine. We always strive to go the extra mile and the comfort and satisfaction of our guests are primary in everything we do.

Fourth time I’ve stayed (i.e. the last 4 times I’ve visited London on business from the Midlands). I like everything about it: quiet and extremely well-positioned near to St Pancras. Nice staff, good breakfast. Nice atmosphere.

My daughter's and I spent a long weekend in London and we found the Mentone Hotel is in an excellent position for getting around London (Russell Sq tube). The area is quite leafy and has tennis courts opposite. We had room 26 a quad room to the front of the property. The hotel itself is clean and practical. The staff we met were friendly and helpful. I would certainly stay again. One tip is the hotel doesn't have a lift which would only be a problem if you have mobility issues. Thank you Mentone team for making our stay a happy one :)

Bon hôtel pres de Saint-Pancras
Petit hotel typique très bien situé lorsque l'on voyage en Eurostar. Nous avons eu la chance d'être surclassé de chambre twin à chambre triple. Chambre plutot spacieuse pour Londres, grande hauteur sous plafond, salle de bain recente. Nous avons un peu entendu du bruit en provenance d'autres chambres mais rien de redhibitoire. Personnel tres agreable. Petits dejeuners biens.

Great value for money and SO quiet!
The room was beautiful and well appointed; extremely quiet being around the back (no view but the peace made up for it!) A lovely friendly quiet place to be in an excellent position for Kings Cross & Euston; will definitely be back!

Honest accommodation near King's Cross/St-Pancras
Staff was polite. Arrived very early (way before check-in time), they offered me a cup of tea and kept my luggage until I could sign in in the afternoon. Clean room and hotel in general, shower did not drain very well and is flat with the rest of the bathroom floor, so there was water all over the bathroom floor. Did not take breakfast there so I cannot comment.

Good stay, nice and clean!
The hotel was clean, nice bathroom and very close to Euston station. Could not fault it. As it must have been quite a substancial residence in the past the only thing is that you can hear guests walking in the room above you. Altough that has happened in newly built hotels too. I had a good stay!
