Hi there, Thank you for your review. Unless you meant "hotel", we are actually a hostel (big version indeed) and not a hotel. We do offer a selection of Ensuite private rooms . Housekeeping cleans the toilets multiple times a day, but if there are issues like clogged showers, maintenance can quickly address them if notified. Your concerns about privacy and cleanliness are important, and efforts will be made to improve these areas. We are sorry to hear your stay was disrupted by the noise. The doors in the hostel can be noisy at times because they are fire doors and so are heavy.
