Elizabeth line is only a few minutes away from us.We allocated you to the second building as you had a long stay and the rooms are bigger in that building. We have two buildings, both are secured by locked doors that only have access either by staff control or key cards (guests) and are monitored by CCTV and constant staff patrols. In our second building, we have an intercom as well, where staff can communicate to guests if they are at the door, so we are sorry that someone was knocking instead of ringing in and that disturbed your rest.
