”Clean well maintained rooms. Friendly staff, good breakfast and very good location.”

”I arrived at the property and was immediately disappointed. I didn't check -in. No elevator to the 2nd floor. I had several bags. The property looked run down. I was changing property due to a negative experience with another hotel. Sooooo disappointing because you cannot get a refund through Expedia. I will no longer use Expedia and other on-line booking outlets. Just cannot rely on the hotel ratings.”

”This motel was clean and has the rustic charm of old Cape Cod. The grounds are beautiful with marsh views and kayaks available free of charge. Room decor is a bit dated but clean and comfortable. The owner lives on site and is very accommodating. We would definitely stay the night again!”

”The property was clean and the woman who checked us in was fantastic. She was kind and helpful. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. The free breakfast on the other hand was awful. Tried to eat it both mornings and couldn't. Eggs were clearly powdered and were flavorless. The potatoes were barely cooked and hard. Sausage was barely warm. Coffee was ok. With that in mind, I would still stay again knowing I was going out for breakfast every morning!”

”Hot tub outdated only had upper jets. Leak under kitchen sink. Coffee maker is a Keurig single serve. No carpet in the room was nice. Much cleaner that way. You must bring dirty towels to their laundry location and garbage to the dumpster in the parking lot when you leave or you will be charged $100 cleaning fee. No daily cleaning, no iron or ironing board. All can be requested. Door between the rooms was insufficient and we heard all the noise from the other room. Designated smoking area...

”The location was excellent! Convent to walk all over Main St and the harbor. The lighting needs to be upgraded in the sink are. It is not enoughignting to apply make up and do hair. Also there should be at least two chairs in the room, a small round table with two chairs.”

”The room and property were very clean. The office has a great coffee machine and ice machine. The A/C worked very well. The shower was amazing! The shower pressure and temperature were really great! The staff was great too. The owners and staff were super accommodating and welcoming! I will definitely stay here again.”

”Facility overall was clean, but older rugs and hand rails could have been cleaner. Room was not cleaned on second day after do not disturb sign was removed shortly after breakfast. The Breakfast itself was reasonable, but there were items that ran out because crew could not easily keep up with the demand. Location is very good, did not use the pools but they appeared to be enjoyed by those who did.”

”I was quite worried after reading a previous review on what we were going to experience during our stay at the Carleton Circle, but we were on a strict budget so I decided to try it. I must say I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was warm and welcoming and our room was clean and quiet. It was so close to shopping, restaurants, the beach, and the Cape Cod marathon start. ”This is just what this area of Cape Cod needs, updated lodging with flair. This remodel could be featured on rehab show it is so good. The rooms are unique, the pools are done nicely and the restaurant and seating area is stylish and plentiful. The only reason I gave it 4 stars as at the end of the day it’s still a motel and the parking lot is a big part of the property. I will definitely stay there again!”

”This property is in a good location to get around easily. It is walkable to main st but it’s a little sketchy on transportation drive. The property was very musty smelling and humid but the rooms were cool. The property needs a total update even though it’s pricey. The pool was ok. The staff was kind. I probably wouldn’t stay there again if there was availability elsewhere.”
