”This motel was clean and has the rustic charm of old Cape Cod. The grounds are beautiful with marsh views and kayaks available free of charge. Room decor is a bit dated but clean and comfortable. The owner lives on site and is very accommodating. We would definitely stay the night again!”

”The room and property were very clean. The office has a great coffee machine and ice machine. The A/C worked very well. The shower was amazing! The shower pressure and temperature were really great! The staff was great too. The owners and staff were super accommodating and welcoming! I will definitely stay here again.”

”The location was excellent! Convent to walk all over Main St and the harbor. The lighting needs to be upgraded in the sink are. It is not enoughignting to apply make up and do hair. Also there should be at least two chairs in the room, a small round table with two chairs.”

”The place was fairly run-down on the outside and not the most clean, but the rooms themselves were fine. Felt like you were in an old motel for sure, but if you just need a place to stay the room isn’t bad at all. It is also very central to things.”

”The property was clean and the woman who checked us in was fantastic. She was kind and helpful. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. The free breakfast on the other hand was awful. Tried to eat it both mornings and couldn't. Eggs were clearly powdered and were flavorless. The potatoes were barely cooked and hard. Sausage was barely warm. Coffee was ok. With that in mind, I would still stay again knowing I was going out for breakfast every morning!”

”This is just what this area of Cape Cod needs, updated lodging with flair. This remodel could be featured on rehab show it is so good. The rooms are unique, the pools are done nicely and the restaurant and seating area is stylish and plentiful. The only reason I gave it 4 stars as at the end of the day it’s still a motel and the parking lot is a big part of the property. I will definitely stay there again!”

”Facility overall was clean, but older rugs and hand rails could have been cleaner. Room was not cleaned on second day after do not disturb sign was removed shortly after breakfast. The Breakfast itself was reasonable, but there were items that ran out because crew could not easily keep up with the demand. Location is very good, did not use the pools but they appeared to be enjoyed by those who did.”

”Great Staff. Very helpful. Fantastic Beds!!! The only issue with the property is that the office is at a different, though close, location. But, if you ask, the staff is happy to run there for you if you need something. Nice people!!!!! Thank you staff.”
