”We stayed here four nights in June. Hotel is very comfortable, absolutely clean and we liked the place a lot. Girls loved the swimming pool. There is a very good breakfast place nearby called Marshland and nice cafes (that close early) in Sandwich. It is a good place for exploration of the part of Cape Cod nearer to mainland. ”This is my second time at this motel and I absolutely love it. It's an old time motel updated for today. Its got its quirks due to its age (older motels don't have plugs in the bathrooms, its a pretty common occurance), but nothing to keep me from coming back. Its also walking distance to the main section of main street in Falmouth, making it real easy to just park at the motel then walk down to the shops and restaurants down the street. I'll be back.”

”Hotel was the best location you could dream of. Walking distance from the ferry and bus stops,walking location, to the beach, dining and shopping districts. The park ,boardwalk and beaches were relatively close as well. The staff was very professional and helpful. 🌷They were beyond nice. The hotel is also very clean. The coffee in the lobby is the best way to start the day. We are very happy and will be back soon.”

”If you want a quaint, MV type motel, this is the place! It is adorable. We had a great view of the harbor and all the activities! The room was small but super clean and comfortable. Everything was pristine. There are great food options nearby. We ate at the Black Dog Bakery, ArtCliff Diner (great breakfast) and the Net Result. All served great food. The bus terminal is really close by for any transportation needs. Would definitely stay again!”

”I find it very clean and comfortable in a cozy sort of way. Small, older place with older furnishing's, within walking distance to beach. Very quiet this time of year, just the way I like it. The woman that lives on premises is very kind and accommodating and the owner is as well, even if I only commented with him via phone and tex.
