”The site manager was very helpful and responsive. When I noticed that the room wasn’t very clean and the bed sheets had hair from a previous guest, the manager quickly provided fresh sheets and a new blanket, which I really appreciated.
However, the room itself could use some improvement. The shower floor was uneven with tiles that seemed to be erupting, and it was difficult to control the hot and cold water.

”Super friendly staff! Cozy B&B feel. Great location, walk to town or train station! LIRR and Pines super convenient.
Amazing authentic chef made-to-order breakfast!! (And fresh artisanal continental breakfast included).
Awesome and cozy speakeasy-style lounge, with special entertainment nights (check in advance).
Perfect for short or longer stays. And great as a gateway to Fire Island Pines and Cherry Grove (5 mins to ferry! shuttle-style service avail).

”I was given a code to get into the home and greeted by the two dogs who jumped on me as I entered, one dog jumped onto my Left arm that started bleeding due to dog tearing my skin. I went to bathroom washed it, applied toilet paper to get it to stop bleeding , found two bandaids in my car. I met the owners later that day outside and mentioned it to them. Later my friend showed up we went to dinner, came back, the dogs greeted us again, jumping on us. we got up the next day to go to our bike...

”The breakfast is amazing, beds super comfortable and grounds stunning. Location was perfect and staff wonderful. Also the tub in our room was incredible.
Only suggestion would be for coffee in the room in the morning. Otherwise it was a literal perfect stay ”
