”We never met our host but he was very communicative and quick to answer the few questions we had. We were here only to sleep for two nights, as we were visiting family in Winter Park. "Clean rooms, noisy ac unit. Room cleaning every other day. Breakfast had a poor selection. Ihop and Dennys near by if needed. Splash bar is for breakfast only 6.30-9.00. Not open in other times. Around 10 tables inside, so very cramped during breakfast and if it rains it is easier to take breakfast to your room. Also around 10 sun beds at the pool, so availability might be poor. Parking ok around premises."
