Need More Room? We provide two Twin rollaway beds and a sofa in the living room. (An air mattress is available on request.)

We’ve had past guests who caused issues in the building. This will not affect your stay as long as you follow the house rules and respect the property. If you are extremely particular and prone to frequent complaints, this may not be the right rental for you.



Guest Limit & Additional Fees:

Extra guests beyond your booking will be charged $40 per person, per night.
