”We had to check out after the first night the AC does not keep the room cool at all. There’s a serious problems that they say they have done everything to contain. They moved us 2times and wanted to move us for the 3rd time. I told them NO and that we were leaving. Also had no idea that we are not allowed to have visitors while staying here. If you have visitors they will kick you out! No where on Expedia did they warn me of this. I rented this hotel for a professional conference that I had...

”We like the bee up grade to rooms from our last stay. What we don’t like is that room doesn’t have ironing board and irons anymore. We forgot our pillows noticed that when we got home . But other than that we loved our stay”

”The inn was located in a convenient part of town. It was roomy but much of the paint was patched and the carpet taped together. Furniture was old and worn. The pool was lovely, the palm tree gave it a friendly tropical feel. The staff was always helpful, especially when I needed help carrying my bag up or down the stairs, as there was no elevator.”

”The rooms are in poor condition and the sheets are all stained. The woman manager is customer service oriented though and very helpful- she was great and trying her best to accommodate needs. The man manager there is terrible. He has no idea what customer service means and if you would like to stay in business the woman is great, but reconsider having the man there because you will no longer have clients. The reviews online should be more accurate to know what to expect from this property.”

”Clean and spacious rooms for a family of 4, beds were comfortable, plenty of storage, staff were friendly, Tesla chargers onsite, parking for a fee, gym, pool was open til 10pm, but the best part was the breakfast! It’s included and they had a great selection… eggs, omelettes, sausage, bacon, potatoes, fresh make your own pancakes, cinnamon rolls, oatmeal with toppings, cereals, Greek yogurt, fruits, & fresh coffee for each person!”

”The room was not clean. There were many cockroaches and ants throughout the room. The bedsheets had several stains, and I couldn’t tell if they had been properly cleaned or replaced. Only one sheet was provided, which made the stay uncomfortable. The shower curtain had mold on it and smelled bad. The air conditioner was also not cold enough, making the room uncomfortable. ”Sadly not the a good experience, the hotel was not clean. Parking was super tight and not all spots were available for parking. We had to park in a charging area, were out car could get towed. This place had thinnnnn walls, we could hear the rooms around us. The carpet entering the hotel was extremely dirty. The room smelled like smoke as we arrived . There were bugs on the bed. We had to check out early. I do not recommend this place at all.”

”Our room was only partially cleaned. When I advised staff, they told me they were understaffed but offered me clean sheets and towels. Not the service I was expecting. Also, there were multiple times when guests were smoking marijuana on the property. My concerns were ignored.”
