”We booked this hotel last year and the reviews were great. Upon arrival one of our party was quite upset due to her cards not working and the staff was mot helpful at all just started at her in disgust.
We were also told no further charges were to be made as it was all prepaid through virgin then having over 200 dollars debited from the account!
The male members of reception were pretty good but the females were arrogant and ignorant when asking questions or advice. The smell of weed was...
