”Everything was perfect! We were greeted with a warm welcome and easy instructions to get to our room. Whenever we were concerned or needed to ask questions prior to our booking, our hosts were incredibly responsive. We were also welcomed with a very clean apartment, plus snacks included! We would highly recommend this place to anyone traveling to LA, we’re definitely rebooking if we return!”

”Excellent instructions on how to find the place and get in. Decently located for Ubering to destinations. Walking distance to a Target, which was great for groceries. Unit was spacious and well equipped. Fast internet. One of the windows however couldn't be fully closed. Not a big deal because the AC unit was strong enough to keep out the heat.”

”Their booking system is a bit suspicious to me. You have to upload your ID and information on a webpage that stays public, although "protected" with a UUID4 URL. Don't feel very comfortable having all my personally identifyable information in public internet. The apartment was in a good condition and great location. There was somebody making noise in the upsrairs apartment for 3 nights all night. Earplugs recommended.”

”We were told not to use the pool and gym even though those were mentioned in the description of the apartment. Also the pictures given to hotels.com werent from the apartment. It looked very different. There were some other guests hairs in the showertub, that weren't cleaned before our arrival.”

”This property was great. it was clean and everything that we needed was supplied. Sam was very responsive and helpful and kind. The location was great close to everything. We had a wonderful time there and when we come back we will call again and stay here. I have told all my friends and family about this property. Thank you again. Unitil next time!!!! ”

”We had a wonderful stay. The accommodations were as described and very lovely. The building was quiet, in fact we rarely ever heard the other tenants in the building. I have no fault with the apartment at all. But I would caution anyone thinking of staying here about the street noise and parking situation. This building is located in downtown LA, which is a convenient location. However, the area can be quite active and noisy, even late into the evening and early morning. If you are a might...

”I did not like that they waited until the last minute to let you know how to get into the property. I don't give personal information away via text. A conversation with an actual person would have been nice. Telling you that they will text you and that information is needed.”

”Check in is difficult and not convenient. Read all details before booking! When you can get in, additional charges to park etc. apt is clean, very small for a “junior penthouse”. Checked out early and had a difficult time getting key back to over-see er. You can’t exit the flor without the key and leaving the key in the apt strands you on the floor... ”
