”We had a terrible and horrible experience. We booked for a 3 day stay last June 9-13,2026, ( temp averages 90-100) with my family including a 7 yo kid and a senior. The unit has no working AC. I informed the management and asked to send someone to check the AC. No reply.. sent messages again and demanded to give us another unit with working AC if he is not sending someone to check/fix the AC. With no AC working and high temperature on those days we barely can sleep and started to feel sick...
