”Beautiful property. Loved the two bedroom panoramic view suite with three bathrooms and it was the most comfortable suite we have stayed in. The beds were very comfortable and the staff were so courteous and helpful. The rooftop pool was so beautiful. The meal prices are comparable to USA prices or even more, but we had the all inclusive package which was totally worth it.”

”This place is gorgeous. We hung out at the pool and watched the lizards and birds. Its set in the jungle so the animals are everywhere and it’s so peaceful. The staff were so professional and polite. The food and drinks were 5*. There is a lot of construction happening so if that’s something that will bother you, plan accordingly. The only thing I wasn’t prepared for was the extra tipping. I thought it was all included in the all inclusive package but they are asking for more tips. It’s worth it...

”Wonderful resort with great hospitality. Room service was prompt and professional. Our dining experiences at many of the restaurants were top notch. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained. My only critique is there I noticed considerable trash on the beach. Nothing large and noticeable but if you pay attention there was a lot of small pieces of trash debris throughout the sand. Small pieces of plastic, bottle caps, etc. I did not choose this resort for the beach as it is a little rocky...

”We have stayed here before. We are locals and choose this place for a staycation. We had an emergency and would not be able to make the evening. The hotel was INFLEXIBLE as to US changing dates or anything like that. They also don't seem to want to give promised upgrades through Expedia or anything like that. It's a great place but don't expect anything above and beyond from staff. All we wanted was to have them postpone our staycation for a week. There are many places here in Puerto Vallarta...

”We loved our room, the lovely pool and the staff was very helpful! Easy to take uber to/from or for walkers you can take a 10 min hilly walk to the beach and town along a busy road. ”

”The decorations and decorating in this unique property was truly beautiful!! Reminded us of our travels to San Miguel de Allende in the state of Guanajuato. Only one thing we didn’t like was that you could hear all the conversations of people having breakfast upstairs. Some people were really loud speakers!! I guess nothing you can do about that?!! ”Casa Maria is the perfect place to stay in Puerto Vallarta. It is walkable from the restaurants, cafes and the beach. You will never run out of options because it is centrally located. The staff were all kind and amazing and helpful. They maintained the cleanliness all throughout our stay there. At night, it was so quiet and serene we didn't have a hard time sleeping. There was a pool and a bar where free breakfast was served everyday. They have yogurts, fruits, juice, hot tea, coffee, bread,...

”All inclusive for this hotel was only breakfast. They have a restaurant on site but was a little pricey. Also, once you do the check in, they charge you an extra $90 for tips and services so be prepared.”
