”Tarjoiluhenkilökunta edes yritti hiukan. En pitänyt siitä ,että aina oli ravintolasta joku loppu, niinkin yksinkertainen kuin paahtoleipä tai viini. Ei sovi mielestäni eurooppalaiseen hotelli standardiin, on ennemminkin keskitasoinen hostelli.”

”Wonderful resort with great hospitality. Room service was prompt and professional. Our dining experiences at many of the restaurants were top notch. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained. My only critique is there I noticed considerable trash on the beach. Nothing large and noticeable but if you pay attention there was a lot of small pieces of trash debris throughout the sand. Small pieces of plastic, bottle caps, etc. I did not choose this resort for the beach as it is a little rocky...

The hotel was INFLEXIBLE as to US changing dates or anything like that. They also don't seem to want to give promised upgrades through Expedia or anything like that. ”This place is gorgeous. We hung out at the pool and watched the lizards and birds. Its set in the jungle so the animals are everywhere and it’s so peaceful. The staff were so professional and polite. The food and drinks were 5*. There is a lot of construction happening so if that’s something that will bother you, plan accordingly. The only thing I wasn’t prepared for was the extra tipping. I thought it was all included in the all inclusive package but they are asking for more tips. It’s worth it...

”Casa Maria is the perfect place to stay in Puerto Vallarta. It is walkable from the restaurants, cafes and the beach. You will never run out of options because it is centrally located.
