”Rooms are beautiful wow.”

”The hallway floors were dirty, only two of the four elevators were working so we spent a lot of time waiting for the elevators. The cleaning lady took both of my daughters swimming suits that we had hanging to dry. We called down to ask about them and it took them two days to find them. We were in Mexico, on the beach, and both of her swimming suits were stolen. They ended up finding the top and bottom of one suit and but just the bottom of the other, but she was still without a suit for two...

”Nice property good breakfast with many food options. Not large beach but beautiful surroundings.”

”Great place great service”

”Absolutely an unbelievable experience. Our butlers Daniel and Diego were 10 out of 10. Our pool concierge Omar was also great. Service and food was exceptional all the way around. Can’t wait to go back.”

”Tämä paikka on täydellisyyttä hipova. Upeat huoneet, täydelliset lakanat, ystävällinen ja sydämellinen henkilökunta, mielettömät puitteet ympärillä, täydellinen ruoka (aamupala joka kuuluu hintaan on mieletön) ja super hyvät drinkit. En koe tästä puuttuneen mitään. This place is perfect. The room was a awesome penthouse, with tub over looking the sea, sheets and pillows that were so nice and comfy, the views were awesome. But the staff was the best thing here, friendly and warmhearted,...

”The location was great and the view was beauitful!”

”I have stayed here multiple times and each time I stay here it gets better and better, it’s what I consider to be the BEST hotel in Puerto Vallarta. Fenomenal staff, from checkin, concierge, butlers EVERYONE is amazing and helpful. The rooms and views are AMAZING, beautiful rooms, comfortable beds, a five diamond experience from the jacuzzi on the balcony to service and staff. Highly recommended.”

”Everyone there are so helpful and great hosting people.. love it and I will ne back soon.
