”Room itself and linens were fine. However heater made startlingly loud noise, like a train going through the room, every time it reached set temperature, so had to turn the heater ioff. There was no way to contact anyone for help despite a phone number they posted. Phone message said you must email only. However they never answered the email. We had booked for two nights so had to deal with this without resolution! Very frustrating!”
