”Cute cottage! We stayed here for NSO at Texas State. It was awesome. We'll definitely stay again with this host's properties for future visits to see our child at TXST. Conveniently located off I-35 in an RV park. So close to campus. Kitchen stocked with pots, pans, dishware, etc....cute front porch, will be lovely in cooler weather! ”This is my 4th time staying in the cottage! So peaceful and wonderful as usual! Only had an issue with the keypad and was remedied with the spare key, and the string lights shorted out and need some attention! Overall, such a relaxing stay with everything you could need! ”

”We enjoyed our stay here!Comfortable and well stocked! Great patio with beautiful views. The 3rd bedroom was detached from the house and upstairs over the garage. It was fine for us and maybe states this in listing….not sure?Could be a problem with small children or in rainy weather…..Pickleball courts (2 or 3) were lighted at the Trailhead (or something club) and they were great….One court at the Beach club but not lit and surface a little damaged. Pools there at Beach Club were great!”
