Motellit – Lounais-Austin

”Has coffees in the room but no bottled waters. I think I was charged for the coffees on my 3rd/last morning. But the place is clean and didn't seem to be a drug house as the last motel I stayed in Austin. If you are into motels, I recommend this place.”

”Full of cockroaches. The room was super dirty and had fecal matter on the toilet seats, with multiple cockroaches. After complaining multiple times, the hotel staff did not accommodate. Would not recommend staying at all.”

”DISGUSTING! The hotel was dirty, smelly and poor maintained. The first room o checked in was impossible as there was a heavy smoke smell. I changed room. The second room was dirty, stains on blankets, pillows linens of different colors. But the most disturbing was nails sticking out the headboard in direction of the customer heads I changed room again. The third room was again smelly and with stains on the blanket and on the pillow. At this point t I changed hotel.”

”Cheap and between airport and downtown”

”This is exactly I want my Austin visit to be: amazing room, pool, style & vibe. Everything just a walk away: restarants, bars, shopping and live Texas music. One of the best hotels in the US.”

”Not able to get a room”

”Todo muy bien muchas gracias!”

”Basic no frills motel well kept .”

”Amazing customer service. Rose, the caretaker, was extremely helpful and very kind. The ac worked well and had good water pressure. I loved that the tv had Roku. I will definitely be staying again next time I visit Austin.”

”It's motel, so not so much to expect. Room: Beds were big and comfy. Sheets and towels were clean. Wifi was good. Room look old and maybe needs little repairs. We stayed 4 nights with no problems. Staff on the front was helpfull. Breakfast wasn't big, only pancakes, eggs, bread, cereals and coffee/juice/tee.”

”Smells bad”

”My vehicle was struck by another vehicle. I also had several different people knock on my door one knocked at my door at 4 AM.”

”This property listed WiFi as one of the amenities. There was WiFi in my room, but it would not connect to the internet, or just kept dropping the internet. When I talked to the front desk about this, he just said that it worked on his phone just fine. In my room though, I could sometimes connect to the internet on my phone but not at all on my computer. I could not get any work done at all. Also, the floors were filthy! After walking around in the room barefoot, the bottom of my feet were Black!...
