”10/10! Came into town for a volleyball tournament and the host was quick for communication and accommodations. Property was perfect for the three of us. Very Close to lots of food options & groceries. We are from Michigan and it happened to be very nice here and the outdoor pool at the neighboring building was phenomenal for some last min sun. If we ever make it back to Mankato this will be the FIRST property that I look for. You will not regret it! Thank you so much! ”

”Stayed here for an overnight down from Minneapolis and it was perfect. Walking distance to the venue and bars/restaurants/coffee shops. Apartment was clean, had the basic necessities, and was a good landing spot. Only issue was dead batteries in the tv remote, but we survived!”

”This was a great spot for us as we passed through for one night. Very well-equipped studio unit that has been recently refreshed, all kitchen aplliances, and roomier than a hotel. Went for a morning walk through a nearby park that had great walking/biking trails.The coffee shop across the street is closed on Sunday, or we certainly would have stopped there for a fresh coffee as we left town. Seller was very responsive, highly recommend! ”

”It was a lovely apartment and was exactly like the photos. It was fun to be across the street from the Catholic Church - I even heard the bells ringing at one point. It was also nice to be downtown, with restaurants and other establishments very close by. Didn’t really need my car much. I definitely recommend this place! ”
