”When I checked in, the room smelled overwhelmingly of bleach or clorox. The window was screwed shut so I had to sit in the room for an hour with the door open to air it out. After an hour I had to go out to get rid of a headache from the smell. I returned after midnight and the room still smelled. Tried to sleep through it but it was unbearable. The bed only had a thin top sheet, no ac/heater that I could see and the walls were so thin, I could hear everything above and next door. No towel rails...

”Booked a “non smoking” room. When we entered the room we were hit with a very thick and strong smell of cigarette smoke. They refused to give us a refund. We ended up having to go somewhere else because of how bad the smell was. Will not book here again. Do not recommend.”

”This place is right next to a road and lots of road noises at night. The AC/heater makes loud noise that you can’t sleep. For a motel room, the room is pretty clean. But the location is just terrible. I would not stay here as I can’t even get a decent sleep here. ”

”Only cold water, no hot water, couldn't take a shower, no tissues. I reserved a non smoking and it was a smoking, ash tray right in the room and smoke alarm was covered in plastic. We both woke up stuffed up and sore throats.”

”The room was nice enough. It's just that it was only scheduled to be cleaned once (the last morning of our 4 night stay). And the worst part was having breakfast cancelled the last half of our stay since it was only on the weekends.”

”I booked a non-smoking room and was placed in a room that smelled like someone locked himself in there and chain smoked for a week straight. The staff was very helpful and placed me in a different room. It too smelled like previous attendees had smoked in that room but it wasn't nearly as strong as the previous room, so it was tolerable. The locks on the two windows were broken (ground floor) and one of them had broke glass as well. If someone on the outside wanted in, they could have easily...
