”We arrived at the hotel early and we were allowed to check in early which was very accommodating. We were initially in a ground floor room, but we requested to be in a higher room and they did oblige. The property was clean and the new decor was very beautiful. The staff was friendly and professional. Would recommend.”

”I didn't like that I rented rooms more than 3 times in a week and the tv was not working, the microwave did not work as well and the telephone in the room did not work also to call the front desk.”

”VILE AND DISGUSTING!!!! genuinely the nastiest sess pool of an accommodation you could imagine. There were piss handprints on the walls, as well as dead roach smeared on wall. Doors did not lock well and room had mold on lampshades which is a health hazard. Immediately regretted booking upon seeing it and had to find another hotel. Unsafe area also. ”

”This place is terrible once you booked with them and try to cancel right away they won’t refund you anything, also once you get to the front desk they scam you with so much more money as destination fee and other illegal fees and when you want to cancel the tell you it is nonrefundable One of the worst hotel in the city of Chicago. ”

”Came with car. Parked and checked in. All good, easy and fast. Went up to room. No straight lake view as reserved, lake behind the corner. Went back to to ask about it. Got lake view room. View was awesome. Room was nice size but either not cleaned or done in a hurry. Not really clean. Some medicines found on the floor. Street and train noises could easily be heard. Even on the upper floors. Staff was really nice and helpful. Took our feedback seriously.”
