”Horrible hotel. There was no hot water, there were dead bugs in the room, and the carpet smelled. The hotel falsely advertised how the room actually looks. I do not recommend anyone to stay here. We went to the Rose Hotel by the airport and that hotel was worth the stay. Again, do not stay at this motel.”

”The towels were super thin and old, the bedding was stained, the bathtub was sagging, and the water wouldn't drain! Someone always had to let me into the building; it felt like a run-down tenement, not a motel.”

”THE BALCONY VIEW WAS GREAT”

”Beautiful area, a few blocks to the lake and very centrally located. Just like a woman with all the aesthetic beautifications to hide ugly insides. The actual hotel room was the heart of the ugly soul- old and cramped rooms with double beds not queens, dirty and stained towels- flat dirty paint with dirt and fingerprints and stains. Lobby was lovely, front desk and valet helpful as well as breakfast staff. Bartender- she shouldn't be in customer service.”

”The location was fantastic I could go for early morning walks on nearby Astor Street. There is a Walgreens drug store right nearby just in case you forgot to pack anything. The ice water available in the lobby was a nice touch after long hot summer days and $10 beverage credit was great for grabbing my early morning coffee. The room was a little on the small side but that is more of an observation than a complaint . I would stay there again.”
