”We stayed at La Bastide Gourmande with my family for 4 nights. The new owners Antoine and Ilham have some an amazing job renovating and upgrading the hotel. They were super helpful and friendly. We will for sure return here with the family, and hopefully sometimes also only the adults, as the hotel is also a nice romantic little hideout. ”

”We stayed for a week and found the room comfortable, spacious and clean (suite and terrace). The staff in the hotel and restaurant is polite, friendly and helpful. The reception managed to get us tee times in the desired time of the day every day we played. The menu in the restaurant had only three entrees, three main courses and three desserts, but they were willing to make something we would wish. And Valbonne and its restaurants are just 5 minutes away. ”

”Excellent stay for two nights. The staff was very friendly and capable during the day shift - some issues during evening but nothing major. Breakfast was good, quite modest but still. Location good however for the visit in central Grasse you need to climb 30 minutes. Overall very nice”

”Die Unterkunft war als Zwischenstopp auf dem Heimweg von Corsica auserwählt, da es nicht extrem weit weg ist von Nizza und wir den Heimweg gemütlich über die Route Napoleon antreten wollten. Wir werden aber sicher nicht zu letzten Mal dort gewesen sein. Bereits bei der Buchung entstand ein sehr netter Kontakt mit François. ”The hotel and its garden were beautiful. Hosts were very helpful. For example they change immediately the mattress when I told there was a hole middle of it. They also wanted to wash our car because birds were pooped on it. :D The breakfast was good. This is not a five star hotel, but maybe that's just one good thing about it. We had everything we needed and the good service was a big part of it.”

”We went on a family trip to the South of France and just picked the hotel because it was in a good location regarding where we wanted to go during the daytime. Was a great place, rooms clean, bathroom newly done and nothing to complain about! If you are looking to visit the riviera or Saint Paul de Vence I would definitely recommend this place! Can't judge the breakfast since I didn't eat it but a family member said even with the 6€ continental breakfast you can get enough to fill your stomach...

”The hotel is first rate. We had balcony rooms on the second floor and they were large (almost suites) with beautiful bathrooms. The hotel was still very lush even in mid-October. The restaurant is the real gem of the property. It firmly deserves it's one Michelin star. We did have dinner there one night and though expensive it was one of the 3 best meals I have ever eaten. ”A friendly, small hotel in a great location in the lovely village of Vence. The air conditioning worked well. Breakfast is worth eating in the nearby bakeries and cafes. The village has fantastic, affordable food. The village/hotel is relatively easy to get to by train and bus.”
