”wir waren im Juli im Ferienhaus in Scherpenheuvel. Das Ferienhaus ist großzügig und modern ausgestattet und hat eine ruhige Lage in einer Nebenstraße. Das Haus selbst ist sauber und die Ausstattung bietet alles Nötige, um einen schönen Urlaub genießen zu können. Die Fotos treffen zu 100% genau, was man vor Ort vorfindet. Die Stadt selbst ist mit ausreichend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Lebensmittel) oder Gaststätten versorgt, wobei die Öffnungszeiten der Gaststätten nicht jeden Tag der Woche...

”Es gibt keine kostenlosen Parkplätze, sondern nur öffentliche kostenlose Parkplätze. Die Unterkunft ist nicht sehr sauber. Man bekommt keine Antwort vom Besitzer. Es gibt auch kein 24 Stunden Front Desk. Als wir gebucht hatten, stand sogar noch dabei, dass man die ganze Unterkunft alleine zur Verfügung hat, das stimmt aber nicht, es ist nur ein Zimmer. Die Treppen sind sehr steil.”

”Also wir wahren da ab 9 April und dar wahr keiner wir haben 2 Stunden gewartet und da ist keiner gekommen dann haben wir die Polizei von Löwen angerufen und die meinten das die Fe wo direkt App Dieb sind Und mann nix machen kann und wir haben jetzt in Frankfurt eine anzeigen gemacht und wir möchten unsere Geld wider zurück ich hab es auch meinen Anwalt gesagt und die Polizei sie kontaktieren sich mit euch”

”Had an enjoyable stay in this wonderfully quirky accomodation.Met by host Paul and shown around the property and given useful information about the local area and Leuven.Also blessed with glorious weather so was able to enjoy the outside terrace area and go for walks out the back of the property.Really enjoyed our stay and would recommend.”

”Property is located in such a great area but away from the noise. You will be in the middle of the main area of interest in Brussels. The house is quite charming a little unorthodox but very efficient. The host was very responsive and quick to get back when contacted. I highly recommended the property rental! ”

You enter an unassuming gate to a narrow path through a garden to enter ... and as you reach the house, you are transported to a tranquil, rural setting with views of the garden and undeveloped pasture behind that is simply surreal. It feels like it's miles away from the busy traffic and provides a haven from the bustle of the city.”

”Eddy was a nice host and enquired about our well-being from time to time. It's a nice peaceful neighborhood, close to the bus stop and not very far from the train station, and university.”

”The owner entered the room without permission and without a shirt - his usual attire- and began yelling because we turned on the heat in the kitchen (a wood stove) in order to have heat in the top floor room. He said it would cost us 10 EU per day to have heat at night. The kitchen was so filthy with a rancid greese odor we could not cook anything. The room was also very dirty. The only sink in the room was up the loft stairs next to an unusable jacuzzi tub with hand held shower and was...
