A lovely place but unfortunately let down by rude staff, bad room placement and broken air conditioning. There was a wedding taken place and the music went on into the night, between this and the broken air conditioning, our young baby was disturbed through the night. I was made welcome by friendly and professional staff from start to finish. There was also a fire alarm event at the start of my stay which I thought was managed well but I would reccommend using a Megaphone when communicating directions with the evacuated guests.

Hotel was stoplessly clean. Check in quick and easy. Room was spacious, and again spotlessly clean. Bed very comfortable and breakfast the next day was delicious Highly recommend 5 stars from me.
