”Excellent stay! Perfect for our family of 3. We were visiting our daughter who is a university student in Denver and she stayed with us for a long weekend. Perfect location with amazing restaurants in walking distance. Parking was not an issue for us as we were out exploring during the day and returned with plenty of time to park on Tennyson overnight. ”

”Fantastic location!! Walking, easy access to all the fun things to do in Old Town Arvada. Comfortable place with lots of handy amenities. It is small, so don't bring a lot of stuff. Host is great. ”

”Host was responsive and helpful when contacted. Overall a positive experience. The only issue we had was the place appeared to have been hurriedly cleaned prior to our arrival. There was something sticky on the front of the refrigerator and on the floor of one of the bedrooms, which we were able to clean no problem. Otherwise a positive stay!”
