âbedding and towels all very clean but the room itâs self needed a deep clean, dust everywhere, if you moved the bed the dust was thick, hadnât been cleaned properly in a very long time. Itâs as if they had taken loads of bookings and opened parts of the hotel that perhaps werenât used on a regular basisâ

âThe Potter suite that I was staying in had the most beautiful view on the lake and the mountains. My comfortable room was being cleaned every day. I can also recommend the bathtub in which I took very relaxing baths. The staff is friendly and accommodated to all of our needs and were overall just very helpful. Taking morning walks to the lake is also something that I enjoyed doing a lot. The hotel truly has a magical garden. I will definitely come back to the Derwentwater Hotel when I visit the...
