”The cottage was pristine, we felt like we were the first guests. It is a spacious, comfortable and stylish property and the owner’s attention to detail is second to none. ”The house was everything we needed, opposite a pub and the swimming pool. The villagers were very friendly and helpfull, especially in the swimming pool. Unfortunately the internet stopped working on the third day but the rental company responded out of hours to help sort it out..”

”This is an excellent house in superb state of repair with very good quality furniture. It is very well equipped and spotlessly clean. The booking process was simple and Martin Wardle of the agents was extremely helpful. The house is situated in a village which is very near Kendal, the lakes and just over one hour to the Solway coast. There are some very good dining places in the area with our favourite being The Watermill Inn which has its own micro brewery producing very tasty beers. All in all...

"Koska huone oli alimmassa kerroksessa, niin äänet kadulta kuului hyvin. Katu oli kuitenkin melko rauhallinen eli esimerkiksi yöunet eivät häiriintyneet. Hotellin yleiset tilat on tyylikkäät loft-tyyliset ja palvelu ystävällistä ja avuliasta. Huone oli iso ja erittäin siisti. Kylpyhuone tyylikäs ja tilava sekä kylpyammeellinen. Bonusta jääkaapista ja tallelokerosta! Sijainti aivan huippu! Majoitumme ehdottomasti täällä myös seuraavan Manchesterin vierailun aikana."
