”An amazing, artist’s retreat. 1920s – 30s era home with beautiful, eclectic art and a private deck with fountain. Also, handicap accessible. It was a real treat to stay here. The two beds were comfortable, which it is unusual for a Murphy bed. I throughly enjoyed falling asleep listening to the water fountain outside the bedroom. The only downside was no off street parking.”

”I’d lived in Seattle for over 3 decades having recently moved to the Midwest so to come back for work while staying just 4 miles from my office & 1 from my son in an immaculate, comfortable apartment couldn’t have been more perfect. Just wonderful! Next time I return to Seattle for work or a visit, Tracy’s apartment will always be my first choice!”

”Parking wasn’t too bad. Not the best spot if you have mobility issues, but nice location and beautiful area.”

”Perfect location for us, straight forward and well equipped place. We honestly only had 11 hours to stay there but wish it could have been more time.”

”The apartment met my expections. It was a ground level apartment in a townhouse, with plenty of space, nice kitchen and comfortable bed. The temperature in the apartment was on the low side, and the keypad lock required a bit of patience and work in entering, but all was clean, functional and as communicated. Bus stop on the main road was just two minutes walk away, which made commuting fluent.”

”Very clean & accessible to much of what Fremont has to offer with its shops and cafes. If you’re a light sleeper, note the property does sit on a busy block with road noise beginning in the early AM.”

”Good place to stay for a short period. Place was a little smaller then we are use to, but it had everything needed for our stay. Pet friendly and a good neighborhood.”

”Easy check in check out. Efficient unit perfectly located for our needs. Parking is catch as you can so it would be better for a ride share stay but that’s on me for renting a car.”

”Lovely place and the host was always quick to reply and even offered suggestions about local places to visit. The view from the balcony was amazing and the sunsets over the lake were pure perfection.”

”Although we had a brief stay, It was a lovely and comfy stay. Josiah was extremely responsive to my many questions. And the instructions from checkin to check out were clear to follow. Location was super close to where we were working and had a lot of yummy food nearby. I highly recomend this place for anyone visiting Seattle.”
