”Unit needs general maintenance. Neither bedroom table lamp work, baseboard heater paneling unattached, bedroom blinds don’t retract up, toilet seat loose/not attached correctly.
Also, my car was broken into to during my one night stay while parked in front of the unit.”

”An amazing, artist’s retreat. 1920s – 30s era home with beautiful, eclectic art and a private deck with fountain. Also, handicap accessible. It was a real treat to stay here. The two beds were comfortable, which it is unusual for a Murphy bed. I throughly enjoyed falling asleep listening to the water fountain outside the bedroom. The only downside was no off street parking.”

”This was the perfect home base for a pre-cruise stay for my party of 2. Tracy was a fantastic host & kept me updated with any information needed prior to arrival. Quiet neighborhood, easy parking, & only 20-25 minutes from downtown. The studio offered many amenities such as WiFi/games/kitchen supplies. It is a beautiful & relaxing space. My daughter enjoyed watching her cat in the window when we’d leave. I’d definitely return here if in Seattle again.”
