Asiallinen pikkuhotelli aivan keskustassa.
Hotellin sijaitsee keskeisellä paikalla saman aukion laidalla kun kaupungintalo. Palvelu vastaanotossa oli ystävällistä. Hotelli sijaitsee vanhassa kapeahkossa rakennuksessa ja siksi mm. portaikot ja itse huoneetkin ovat hieman ahtaita. Kannattaa huomioida että hissillä ei pääse kaikkiin kerroksiin. Hotelli on yleisilmeeltään siisti ja ainakin oma huoneeni kolmannessa kerroksessa sisäpihan puolella oli rauhallinen. Aamupala tarjoiltiin varsin askeettisesti pienessä huoneessa jossa oli vain pari baaripöytää, mutta ajoi sinänsä asiansa. Hotellissa ei ole varsinaista ravintolaa, mutta heti hotellin ulkopuolella aukiolla niitä on useita. Koska hotelli sijaitsee kävelykatualueella, autoa ei saa aivan viereen, lähimmät parkkipaikat sijaitsevat noin 150 m päässä.

Olisin tarvinnut wifi-yhteyttä tehdäkseni töitä hotellihuoneessani. Se ei kuitenkaan toiminut. Hotelli mainostaa yhteyttä ja suunnittelin tekeväni töitä siellä.

The hotels location was what attracted me the most as it is easily walkable to all the highlights. The staff was super friendly the rooms are kept up and clean. The shower in our room was small for a big guy like myself but that would not stop me from staying here again.

This is a clean and fantastically located hotel. It's more of a European-style pension with smallish rooms and adequate bedding. It's exactly as advertised. The one caution I would give is that you need to be okay with using stairs - it is not handicap-accessible.

The single room was very small and basis but was quite reasonable for the money. Everyone there was very helpful.

Very friendly check-in. Room was nice. Breakfast was enjoyable, albeit note huge (is provided on a tray rather than a buffet). I would stay there again.

The lady that work d the counter at as fantastic. Very friendly and courteous. It was a terrific place to stay and within walking distance to everything around the city.

Great experience at the Vauban
Stayed only one night but were impressed with the location, service and breakfast. The lady at the front desk ( from Romania sorry didn’t get her name ) was absolutely delightful and very helpful, particularly with directions 😀 Definitely plan to stay at the Vauban again during our next stay in Luxembourg.

The staff were wonderful and very kind. The only disappointment was the elevator. As a person with a mild disability, having to walk a full flight of stairs to get to the elevator as well as another few stairs to get to the room was very frustrating

Great location
Lovely location right in the heart of the old town. We had a top floor room overlooking the square. Check in/out was easy. All the staff were polite, efficient and helpful. Breakfast is at the restaurant on the ground floor, it's a trayed meal brought to you not a buffet but it's lovely. The walls between the rooms are fairly thin, and the main room doors close with a bang, so you'll need earplugs! Personally I never travel without them. The room was large and and comfortable.

Luxembourg Boutique Hotel
This hotel was in a beautiful location on one of the squares and very close to Christmas markets. I could see Notre Dame Cathedral from my window and loved hearing the bells ring. The staff was so helpful! Breakfast was good. Overnight parking is available in Kneudler or Theater garages nearby.

We had an overnight stay for a morning meeting at the Bierger-Center. Hotel Vauban was the perfect location as it is only a few steps away. The gentleman working the desk was very friendly and offered numerous food recommendations and ideas of what to see while in Luxembourg. Unfortunately our stay was short, but would recommend to anyone looking to stay near the city center.

Location was perfect, right in the centre of town close to everything you may want to see. Clean comfortable room, but I did miss the use of a kettle in the room, and no irons in the room but available from the desk if needed. Breakfast is pleasant continental breakfast but again basic and no options.

We lucked OUT with this hotel! It sits on a large plaza that has recently completed major renovations and the view of the Saturday morning farmers' market was delightful. The Christmas markets are on the plaza behind the hotel, which was fun to see. The hotel is elegantly appointed and the included breakfast was delicious!

For the Christmas markets the hotel is in a great location but the amenities really lack and not that they can control it but lots of homeless around the area begging and when I asked if it was safe I was told just a few blocks down I would pass homeless and drug dealers but normally they don’t bother people unless they need something. It really did not make me feel safe

Camera singola un po' spartana ma il rapporto prezzo qualità va bene! Non ci sono spazi per lavorare al computer dopo il checkout, però gentilmente mi han lasciato lavorare nel ristorante mentre era chiuso. Posizione ottima, personale gentilissimo e ottimo breakfast.

The hotel is in a good location for exploring downtown Luxembourg and the staff was excellent. My issue was no air conditioning during a heat wave. The staff was great bringing me a fan and trying to accommodate, but the space was just too small for airflow and a guest on the floor kept coughing so badly I asked them to do a wellness check. It was my fault for not noticing no air offered at this hotel. It was also very loud with lots of slamming doors so I did not sleep well. I'm sure the space and accommodation is just fine for a certain type of traveler, but not for me. Most of this may have been the timing, but the small room was just too small. It would be great for a backpacker.

Highly recommend. Amazing location right in the center of everything. Spotless hotel with super friendly/helpful staff. Very quiet location. Highly recommend the walking tour of the city. The breakfast is traditional continental but would highly recommend the restaurant for lunch/dinner. Outstanding service, amazing food. Hotel is spotless
