We booked a Deluxe Room, which apparently was upgraded to a Deluxe Suite at the corner of the property (windows on two sides!). ”Beautiful hotel offering a 5* experience in central London. Staff were exceptional and the room was immaculately clean and well-provisioned. The bed was very comfortable, linen and towels of a high quality and we were very comfortable. The air conditioning was not hugely effective and quite loud but this did nothing to spoil our stay.”

"We booked two standard rooms for four nights last week. The first room was ok despite that there was no view except a smoked window to the opposite wall. The other room was very dirty. Walls, floor and the carpet were in awful condition. I got a new room and that was like the other one but now clean. However in the same evening I noticed that the bath towel on the towel rail was bloody - meaning real blood on it. That was discusting! I got new towels and a promise to upgrade both of us next day. The first upgraded room was fine with a river view but the other one again dirty. Finally after many efforts I got a decent room. Breakfast and the location was excellent. Doormen helpful and polite."
