”Casa Izeba is a beautiful hotel in the heart of the vibrant Roma Norte neighbourhood. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The entire team (Anna, Albert, Sofia and Elizabeth) went out of its way to welcome us and make sure nothing was overlooked during our stay. The rooftop terrace is a lovely spot to enjoy complimentary cervezas and snacks. You can't beat the location for its access to numerous incredible restaurants. Of course, it is next door to the renowned Panaderia Rosetta...

”Well I thought I had a great stay, but soon after noticed my security deposit was never returned. I contacted the hotel to have it corrected but the staff erroneously claimed I had stolen 2 glasses and 2 blankets?! That absolutely did not happen. They have thus far refused to return my deposit. I don't know who to blame, but someone there is running a scam. Do not give your money to this hotel.”
