4 tähden hotelli - 1 tähden asiakaskokemus
Odotukset 4* hotellin suhteen oli korkealla, mutta aika paljon meni pieleen. Oma virhe oli, kun olin tehnyt vahingossa tuplabuukkauksen, josta minulle ei huomautettu check-in vaiheessa ja tuon myötä jouduin maksamaan tuplamaksun. Tämän suhteen ymmärrystä ei löytynyt Hotellilta jälkikäteenkään vaikka siis yövyin heidän hotellissaan. Joskus kannattaisi olla joustava. Palvelu respassa oli kiireistä ja ei lainkaan ystävällistä, mihin on yleensä tottunut. Huoneeseen kuului voimakkaasti viereisen vilkaan tien liikenteen melu. WC:n painikkeet olivat puoliksi irti ja tippumaisillaan lattialle. Kokolattiamatto huoneessa oli tahrainen. Lämpötila ulkona oli lähes +30C, mutta pihan uima-allas oli lukittujen aitojen takana. Aamupala oli OK vaikka luulisi tuon tason hotellissa kahvin olevan jotain muuta kuin kapselikahvia automaatista.

Cannot recommend
Biggest criteria choosing this hotel was the advertised shuttle transfer between airport and hotel. On the way from airport to hotel it was ok even though we had to wait for 30min. But the next morning to airport was a big disaster; we were told shuttle is full and that there is no interest from hotel side to arrange us any kind of transfer free of charge. If you as a hotel advertise the shuttle service without possibility to reserve in advance, then you have to make sure that there is space. Very easy option would have been to just arrange us a taxi how it is handled in other places but no. Now we will for sure not use this hotel again while staying in Madrid and are in need of airport transfer. Room was quite noisy since next to highway and big windows pointed in that direction. Cannot recommend.

We used it for airport access but I think the Taxi cost was excessive to go there from the airport. 23 Euros and it took the shuttle about half the time to return us back to the airport. I would have taken the shuttle to the hotel but my cell phone was inactive.

Clean, nice hotel closer to the airport. We selected the hotel because of the free Shuttle, but Shuttle FROM the airport was difficult to get and ended up paying a taxi. Return shuttle was worth it. Restaurant had horrible service, and there is very little within short walking distance. I would stay again if need be, for the price it was a good, clean, quiet hotel.

The Hotel Nuevo Boston is a nice hotel near to the Madrid airport. It is only 5 minutes from the airport and they have a free shuttle, which is super convenient and efficient. They also have a restaurant that is open until midnight so you can have dinner upon arrival and also breakfast in the morning. Very friendly service.

Soy camarera de pisos en un hotel de lujo en Menorca, y me gustaría comentar que todo estaba muy limpio pero en las sábanas encontré 2 manchas (no de suciedad sino que se nota que vinieron así de lavandería) pero para ayudar les digo que deberían tener más cuidado con eso para no recibir quejas. It was modern, immaculate, the restaurant was very nice, the breakfasts suburb!, close to the airport......however, it was a distance from the heart of the city. Cabs were the only option.

Está en perfectas condiciones, excelente ubicación para quienes buscamos algo cerca del aeropuerto, comida rica en restaurante, excelente servicio de todo el personal, y la habitación me pareció hermosa, muy limpia y moderna. Pude descansar mucho para regresar al día siguiente al aeropuerto.

Very clean. Difficult to get into if you have a normal sized car. Parking lot is tight and very expensive. Gym is a joke. The restaurant prices are insane!! Average hotel overall.

The hotel is located near the airport and the day offer a shuttle pick up. Is it great for the late arrivals however make sure you call them when you need a shuttle pick up because it is unclear from the description as to how it’s done. The room and bathroom were clean, Spacious and quiet. The staff was nice. The dining in the hotel is not very good. Overall, I would stay there again for the first. The convenience of the airport location

The room was hot, air conditioning did not work. Motion sensor lights in hallways made us feel unsafe as most of the hallway in front and behind was dark. The lights in front of our room even turned off before we got into our room.

We had to book a room with just a few hours and they were able to accommodate us quickly, they let us in our room earlier as well. They brought us the menu for the room service to our room, loved the food. They had transportation shuttle to the airport which was very convenient for us.
