Hotel is located in a suburbs and is defenitely having a focus on business customers. Pool wasn’t in use when I stayed here. Breakfast is really nice and all public areas are in good shape, as rooms, which are clean and roomy.

Lukuisia ongelmia
Kolmen päivän matkan aikana uima-allas oli kokonaan kiinni, wifi ja puh. eivät toimineet ajoittain, ja yhtenä aamuna en päässyt varsinaiselle aamiaiselle, Uloskirjautuessa ilmoitettiin että aamiaiset eivät sisältyneet hintaan, vaikka sisäänkirjautuessa ilmoitettiin että ne sisältyvät maksuun. Metroasemalle kohtuullisen pitkä matka ja lisäksi sain sinne väärät ohjeet. Kokonaisuutena majoitus ei vastannut siitä maksettua hintaa.

A great hotel in the business district
This is an affordable top-end hotel in the business district of Madrid some 5 kilometers from city centre. The rooms are good, the breakfast is voluminous with everything from fresh fruits to bacon & scambled eggs. The gym is rather well equipped with two cross trainers, a bicycle, 3-4 treamills and some handweights. It is at a walking distance to the Bernabeu stadium where Real Madrid plays its home games.

Hyvä aamiainen, jalkapallostadion lähellä
Ystävällinen henkilökunta, hienoa saada yhdistettyä kaksi huonetta - lapset turvassa. Korkeatasoinen siisti hotelli. Miinuksena se, ettei lähistöllä ollut montakaan ravintolaa. Estadio Santiago Bernabeu kävelymatkan päässä. Lähin metroasema n. 5 min kävelymatkan päässä. Varsin positiivinen kokemus

The hotel was in a quiet area which is what we wanted for a family holiday. The room was spacious and had good facilities. The buffet breakfast had a great choice for picky eaters! What I will say is check the pool opening times for the year, we didn’t and arrived to a closed pool, dealing with child mental breakdowns at this info was not fun. We paid extra for this hotel due to having what looked like a great pool, we just couldn’t get in it!! I was also expecting some kind of child entertaining area, I didn’t see anything, maybe I missed this? We did have to travel everywhere on the metro which is what we were prepared to do, but if you don’t want to do this I would recommend a hotel closer to which ever attractions you want to visit. There are a great selection of restaurants close to the hotel which we sampled. We also ate in the hotel restaurant one evening, the food was good, but again possibly not set up for children.

Loved that the Level was always available for my family to grab snacks throughout the day. The front desk is amazing and always say ‘yes’ if you need something. Spirit of hospitality is strong at the hotel!!! I was in Madrid for a large conference and worked with 20 hotels as I managed the room block. By far, the team at Melia was the easiest to work with and rolled with the changes throughout the event. Highly recommend if you want a stay where you feel like a VIP 24-7. Thank you Melia team!!!!!

Mal cheiro de velho e cigarro
Hotel velho, fedido, quarto impregnado com cheiro de cigarro. Carpetes e estofados rasgados e desfiando. Molas do colchão super barulhentas. Um absurdo o preço que cobram pelo o que entregam. Check-in e check-out com filas enormes o dia todo. Não se consegue falar na recepção.

Although the hotels is further north in a more residential location, the staff, our room and accommodations were fantastic especially for the price point. The beds and room were incredibly comfortable.
