Cool duplex penthouse
We had two floor 3 bedroom penthouse. It was really good and had everything even long stay. Some issues: - the downstairs bathroom's shower cabin was tiny - too tiny. Some furniture were not the same level style as most of furniture. Part of the painting had been fell down from the kitchen ceiling. The stuff at the both side (apartments and hostel) were awsome. Great location to walk every where at CENTRO. Short walk to shops, restaurants and night life This means street noises which didn't bother us. Bus stop front of the hotel and metro station SOL couple of blocks.

Este tipo de propiedad no es la que ustedes describen. No llega ni a 2 estrellas. Para el precio que pagamos no fueron capaz de reemplazar las toallas (mínimo) ya que por ello había cargo adicional.

Abbiamo prenotato un appartamento nella parte Suites della struttura che ha ingresso comune con l’ ostello. La struttura si presenta in condizioni abbastanza fatiscenti solo la camera era carina e rispecchiava le foto anche se siamo stati tutto il viaggio con un odore di fogna proveniente dal bagno. Il resto un disastro. Alcuni dei receptionist per niente disponibili e abbastanza scocciati alle minime richieste. Lasciare i bagagli in struttura è a pagamento infatti locker. Peccato che nonostante si pagasse al check out il locker non funzionava.

The property has a perfect location!! The apartments are nice, clean and comfortable. The only problem we had was that they didn’t clean the apartment. We made an arrangement for them to clean ( they supposedly have to clean once in your stay ) it never happened. But overall the place is very good!! If we go back to Madrid I’ll go there again

Centraly located and with many food options within walking distance. The place could use an update as it looks to be a older building and not much from an amenities perspective. Staff is very friendly.

Me gustó que está muy bien ubicado. No me gustó para nada en trato de la chica de recepción, me tomó de la mano mi tarjeta de crédito para tomar ella unos datos, tuve que mantener bloqueada la tarjeta por seguridad que vaya a hacerme una estafa, además esta chica y los demás chicos de recepción junto con otros estaba afuera fumando cigarrillos de marihuana, muy desagradable escena para con mi familia. El departamento demasiado pequeño, no cuenta con ventilación o extractores de aire, solo hay una televisión y no sirve, un equipo de refrigeración o climatización no servía. Por todo lo anterior entre la chica de recepción que tomó de mis manos sin mi autorización mi tarjeta de crédito, el ver a mi llegada que estaban fumando marihuana y aún más las condiciones del departamento o apartamento como le llaman ellos NO REGRESARÍA Y NO LO RECOMIENDO EN ABSOLUTO.

Location is amazing. However, the place could be cleaner and the elevators can be upgraded. Employees were very helpful and friendly. I stayed there 5 years ago and I noticed a decline in the upkeep.

Spacious suite centrally located. Very convenient for sightseeing. For this reason, the area can be a bit loud at night, but it is to be expected.

Perfect location in the heart of Madrid. Plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. The room was very clean. The staff was very nice with perfect English at checkin.

The only thing that i noticed instead of giving us double bed we were given 2 twin beds and also there is no dryer in our apartment. Location is excellent.

Convenient location, good ammenities
Check in was fairly simple. The front desk area was a bit off putting as they also service hostels there, which we were unaware of. The checkin area is also a bit dingy. The location is perfect though for a short stay. Our room was the economy one bedroom. Great large living room and good view from the balcony. The bathroom was functional but small. Good towels. Good kitchen equipment. The bedroom was fine but the bed was really hard, painful hard on the ribs. It was fine for one night. Also the room is very hollow so you can hear a lot of noise, however we didn't hear any noise from the adjacent hostel. I would stay here again for convenience on a stop over, but would maybe stay somewhere else for a longer stay.

Ce qu’il faut retenir de cet établissement c’est son emplacement absolument parfait! Pour le reste le confort est simple et correct. Par contre la literie est des très mauvaises qualités, et n’espérez surtout pas être au calme c’est vraiment très très bruyant.
