”We were in an annex, not in the main hotel. The room was clean, but the space was very small with the 'bedroom' on a mezzanine floor. The roof sloped so much it was difficult not to crack your head on the ceiling. The bed was a small double. The towels were old and must have been washed using conditioner as they did not dry you after a shower. ”Our stay at this hotel was very comfortable. All staff were friendly and helpful at all times. Our room was a standard room at the top of the house and it was very clean with a nice ensuite and a comfortable bed. ”No checking in service at all. No prior instructions were given. We were helped into our apartment by the lady who owns the jewellers downstairs. We were woken at 6.45am on a Sunday to the sound of scaffolders and a traffic management company setting up to commence install scaffolding at 7am on the building we are in with no prior communication from the host this would be happening otherwise I wouldn't have booked there.
